Can you write on vinyl wristbands with a permanent marker?
Yes, you can. You could write on a vinyl wristband with a biro if you needed to.
Can you stick Tyvek wristbands to metal?
Yes, Tyvek wristbands have a strong self-adhesive closure which will stick to most surfaces. This particular enquiry was in reference to a triathlon event where wristbands were needed to stick to metal bike racks.
Is there a character restriction for artwork?
No. All our templates show where the print area is. As long as you can fit your text in the print area (however small) there isn’t a limit. We do advise however, not to include too much text as it may reduce the quality of the print if the text is tiny.
What are the artwork guidelines for encapsulated passes?
Generally, the artwork guidelines are the measurements below, however please check with the office before placing an order.
Background Colour / Pattern – 93mm x 104mm
Design / Text – Maximum Size – 84mm x 95mm
I’ve selected free delivery on my online order, when can I expect my parcel?
The Free Delivery online option varies on the product you’re ordering and how many.
Lower quantities will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post, which aims to deliver next working day. However, 1st class post is not tracked and therefore we recommend lower quantities are placed via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Higher quantities placed with Free Delivery will be dispatched by overnight courier.

Tyvek Free Delivery: Orders lower than 1,500 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Vinyl Free Delivery: Orders lower than 250 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Silicone Free Delivery: Orders lower than 200 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. *
Fabric Free Delivery: Orders lower than 400 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. *
*Please note: custom silicone and fabric have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.
We are a school; can we order online and pay by sales invoice?
It is a question we receive a lot and unfortunately, like most websites, online payment is taken upfront. To pay via sales invoice, please contact the sales team with your enquiry and they will provide a quote for you.
Can you do sequential numbering on silicone wristbands?
Yes, silicone wristbands can be sequential numbered. Numbers are either printed or debossed (with / without ink fill) into the wristband. Sequential numbering on silicone is not currently available online; please contact the office for a quote.
Can I get fabric wristbands quicker than 2-3 weeks?
Yes. This applies to plain fabric bands only. (Not customised products). We stock 8 different coloured plain fabric wristbands (including rainbow) that can be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm. Please contact the office for a quote, colour availability and closure types.
Is there a way to get custom fabric wristbands quicker than 2-3 weeks?
Yes, we do offer an Express Fabric Service through our sales office team. Generally, the turnaround time on Express Fabric is 5-7 working days from payment and artwork approval, and can only be applied to woven designs. Prices will vary from the online fabric range, so please contact the office for a quote.
Can you do sequential numbering on fabric wristbands?
Yes, however sequential numbers are black and will be printed in a white box which will need to be incorporated into your woven design. Sequential numbering on fabric wristbands can only be ordered with the sales team. For more information and a digital proof of your design with the numbering, please contact the office.
