Some of our clients want the ability to print their own personalised wristbands on demand at point of sale. By using thermal wristbands information and be totally customised, barcodes, sequential numbers, dates and times, logos and even photos can be printed on the wristband to personalise it to the individual wearer.

There are significant advantages available as only one style of wristband needs to be bought and the print machine will customise it in real time.

The thermal band is strong and durable but at the same time comfortable to wear. The wristband is 25mm x 275mm and come in rolls of 200 bands per roll. The material is a direct thermal substrate and the print machine prints directly onto the wristband by a chemical heat process, no other consumables are needed and so the system is not only simple but also cost efficient.

Thermal wristbands offer the ultimate in flexibility while reducing the need to hold excessive stocks of numerous wristband designs at a price that makes good commercial sense.

The wristbands will print via most thermal printers, however, we are able to offer print machines if needed and the necessary software required to operate the system.
